How to embed a file in Notion

Step 1: Publish your file

How to publish a file:

1. Select the Share icon button in the right side of the toolbar
2. Toggle on Publish Link
3. Copy the generated short link

Step 2: Embed in Notion

1. In Notion, type ‘/embed’ and select ‘Embed’
2. Paste the published short link into the dialog and press Enter
