The Body Rig is, in short, a digital canvas for the human body. With the ability to parent and/or add behaviors objects to your RIG the possibilities for human centered art and UI is endless.
The body is a powerful tool that allows users to do design for the human form, and eye. At its top level the body rig consists of 3 major elements. The Body, the Hand, and the Head. Each has their own properties.
The body rig can be accessed in three ways.

Templates
When starting a scene you will be presented with the options to select a template. Both AR and VR will be default have a Body Rig included.
Parenting objects to any part of the human rig can be very powerful. To do so, drag an object into either the head, hand, or body. Then all you have to do is position said object where you want it to appear on the human form. Super simple right?
While behaviors can’t be directly applied to the body rig, using behaviors on other objects that target different body parts is insanely powerful.
Example: Creating a panel that follows and looks at the user head allows for accurate placement and experimentation. rig
When behaviors are combined with colliders, the possibilities for dynamic interactions are endless!
